i previously stayed in winston-salem and this time at doubletree was even better! the cozy king room was perfect for my relaxing break, and the warm cookies upon arrival were a sweet touch. the friendly staff made everything easier during my stay.

The charming decor and friendly staff made a lasting impression, but unfortunately, the housekeeping was neglectful with unclean areas and a missing body wash.

The hotel was conveniently located just a short drive from the soccer fields where my grandson's tournament was held. Our stay was made even better by the unique and delicious meals at the restaurant, especially the breakfast buffet that offered fantastic options.

My kids wished the luggage carts were more family-friendly. they looked more suited for warehouses. A more user-friendly design would really help families on the go.

Oh man, let’s talk about the hash browns! Crispy, golden, and totally craving-worthy—totally set my breakfast game on fire! Plus, the room was super comfy, making for sweet dreams. Oh, and the housekeeping team? Polite and on it, like champs.

Now, on the flip side, finding out they were low on pillows for the kiddos was a bit of a head-scratcher. We ended up showering in a sauna because the AC seemed to have taken a vacation. It made for a sticky, hot situation!

my family and i had a great time at doubletree by hilton! the room was beautiful and super comfy. housekeeping was attentive and polite. the outdoor pool next to the fire pit was a fantastic spot to relax. ms. charlene at breakfast was friendly and chef ranisha made an amazing omelette that my daughter loved!

The king room offered a beautiful and clean environment with a very comfortable bed, enhancing my family’s stay. Housekeeping was polite and attentive, which made for an enjoyable atmosphere. However, the heavy door to the queen room was difficult to operate, and we faced challenges with coffee cups not being provided. Also, the breakfast was not complimentary, which was a bit disappointing.
